El local Karl Patrick Lauk es el primer líder del Tour de Estonia (2.1) en la pequeña cima de la localid de Tartu donde obtuvo 6 seguindos de ventaja sobre el polaco Marceli Boguslawski (Mazowsze Serce Polski) y uno más ante el griego Polychronis Tzortzakis (Kuwait). Es su segunda victoria del año tras la etapa final del Tour de Rodas griego.
La carrera no tiene representación española.
