El local Karl Patrick Lauk se impuso en la general del Tour de Estonia (2.1) tras la segunda etapa del con final en Tartu en la que pudo administrar su ventaja gracias a la victoria lograda en la primera jornada. Su compatriota Martin Laas, corredor del Bora Hansgrohe pero seleccionado por Estonia para en esta ocasión, lograría el triunfo parcial que le valdría para subir a la segunda plaza de la clasificación final. Tercero, y cerrando el podio, sería el griego Polychronis Tzortzakis (Kuwait).
La carrera no tiene representación española.
