Andrea Vendrame (Androni Giocattoli-Sidermec) ha logrado la victoria en la 39ª edición del Tro-Bro Leon, prueba de categoría 1.1 y perteneciente a la Copa de Francia, de 205.4 kilómetros entre Plouguerneau y Lannilis que se caracteriza por los 27 sectores de tierra. El italiano ha sido el más rápido en una llegada de unos diez hombres y ha aprovechado su potencia en la ligera cuesta arriba para remontar en los metros finales. Segundo ha sido Baptiste Planckaert (Wallonnie-Bruxelles) y tercero, Emil Nygaard Vinjebo (Riwal Redaynez), que han completado el podio.

PREVIA
El lunes 22 de abril se celebra la 36ª edición de la Tro-Bro Léon, prueba de categoría 1.1 y perteneciente a la Copa de Francia. Única en el calendario internacional, su recorrido se caracteriza por los 27 sectores de tierra y barro, siempre por el duro campo de la Bretaña francesa. Le Petit Paris-Roubaix o El Infierno del Oeste, como se le conoce por su similitud con la reina de las clásicas, consta de 205.4 kilómetros con inicio en Plouguerneau y final en Lannilis.
En la salida estarán 20 equipos, de los cuales solo dos pertenecen al World Tour, los franceses Ag2r La Mondiale y Groupama-FDJ. Por parte española destaca la quinta participación consecutiva del Euskadi-Murias con la presencia de Mikel Aristi, Mario González, Garikoitz Bravo, Óscar Rodríguez, Sergio Rodríguez y Héctor Sáez.
La salida se realizará a las 11.25 horas y la llegada está prevista entre las 16.30 y las 17.05 horas. El canal Eurosport 2 ofrecerá imágenes en directo a partir de las 15.30h.
